Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Process
Development Lead - Data Science.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise data science
procedural documents and process maps
Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to align
process development with objectives
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of data governance and AI
governance processes
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience with MS/MA or MBA; 10+ years with BS/BA; 2+
years with a PhD
Experience in developing process maps and authoring technical and
scientific literature
Proven track record of developing and implementing data governance
frameworks and policies
Knowledge of data governance principles, AI governance principles,
and relevant data protection regulations
Understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines (e.g.,
FDA, EMA, GxP, HIPAA)
