Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Aftermarket Sales to
provide customer sales and service support for a defined geographic
region.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and drive customer
loyalty through excellent sales service
Develop and maintain relationships with key customer positions and
promote product lines
Lead and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed sales goals while
analyzing market trends for growth opportunities
Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
6-10 years of sales experience, preferably in heavy truck and
brake-related components
Proven track record of successfully managing a sales team
Extensive knowledge of the commercial highway vehicle market
Experience in achieving sales goals and strategic thinking
