drive sales growth and expand market share by leading our dynamic
direct seller team. Your responsibilities will include developing
and executing strategic sales initiatives, mentoring and motivating
your team to achieve top performance, and fostering a
collaborative, results-driven environment. You will also ensure
that clients receive exceptional service, positioning our company
as a leader in both customer satisfaction and market influence.What
you'll do:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing
sales team.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales
strategies to achieve targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong
relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and market
conditions.
- Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and conduct regular
performance reviews.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and
other departments.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance and

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a
related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in a direct
selling environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing
high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
