Summary

Great opportunity for an individual who thrives in a productive working environment. Our growing company in San Dimas seeks detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to support our busy accounting team. This is a workplace, and the right candidate will provide important assistance to the Accounting Manager and Controller as well as our aspiring clients.

Skills/Responsibilities

?Must have at least 2 years? experience in a heavy data entry role

?35 WPM typing. Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

?Attention to detail; including documenting any discrepancies found in ordering pricing information and reporting it to the proper departments.

? Prepares source data for entry by organizing data; resolving incomplete and unclear data; resolving problems.

? Maintains database by entering, verifying, and organizing data. Assist with other data and/or administrative tasks.

?Ability to gather resources and compile information for comprehensive reports.

? Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

?Clear communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent aptitude to compose grammatically correct email correspondence with other representatives of our company.

?Excellent time-management skills are essential in this role. Successful candidates will be extremely well organized.

?Various clerical duties; data entry of invoices, and following up with internal departments for a quick turnaround time.

Education/Qualifications

Bachelor Degree is a plus. If you have 2 years of experience in Data Entry and thrive in a fast-paced organization and enjoy being a part of a thriving company, this is the perfect job for you! Bilingual Spanish or Mandarin fluency is a plus!
