Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual School Sign Language
Interpreter to support Nevada students in a remote learning
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide real-time interpretation for deaf and hard-of-hearing
students in virtual classrooms
Interpret lectures, discussions, and group activities in American
Sign Language (ASL)
Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure educational materials
are accessible
Required Qualifications
Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL)
Preferred certification such as RID or EIPA
Experience in educational interpreting or related ASL
interpretation fields
Comfort with virtual platforms like Zoom and Google Meet
