Job Description:
A company is looking for a CRM Solutions Specialist to support
the development and optimization of CRM systems, particularly
Microsoft Dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
Lead data integration efforts from legacy systems into Microsoft
Dynamics using SQL and Azure Data Lake
Support customization and development within Microsoft Dynamics to
meet business requirements
Maintain data quality and provide regular reports on CRM usage and
system health
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft
Dynamics, SQL, and Azure
Strong understanding of CRM customization, particularly with
Microsoft Dynamics
Experience with SQL for data queries and database management
Proficiency in Azure services, including Azure Data Lake
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science,
Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work
experience
