Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Services Associate to support
their HR team in various employee-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Process employee-related transactions and maintain accurate records
in HR systems
Respond to unemployment claims and employee inquiries in a timely
manner
Establish new processes to streamline HR practices and ensure
compliance with privacy guidelines
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree related to HR or 1-2 years of general HR or
extensive customer service experience
Strong computer skills, including experience with HRIS and
Microsoft Office programs (ULTIPRO preferred)
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage time
effectively
Experience maintaining privacy in accordance with HIPAA or relevant
regulations
