Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Coordinator to join their
team in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls, including service dispatching and
scheduling
Create and dispatch work orders and maintain customer service
documentation
Procure parts and materials for service work orders and provide
service quotes to customers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience in a call center, dispatch, or
administrative role
Experience in a construction industry environment is preferred
Basic financial knowledge related to accounts receivable/payable
and purchase orders
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
