Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Supervisor for our Prepared Foods department.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team leadership, customer service, and inventory management.As a Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of Prepared Foods team members, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized department.Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise and delegate tasks to Prepared Foods team members, ensuring seamless operation of the department.
• Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service, responding promptly to customer needs, and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and maintain a clean and organized department.
• Training and Development: Train and develop team members in the preparation of food products, customer service, and other relevant skills.Requirements

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds.
