Job Description:
A company is looking for a People and Culture Generalist
responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to enhance
employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and
concerns
Support the onboarding journey of new employees and ensure a
seamless experience
Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement
and retention
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred
Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and
Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency in Asana and Google Suite preferred
Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and compliance
regulations
