So, even if you feel that you're close but not an exact match, we encourage you to apply.OverviewReporting to the IT Project Manager, the IT Project Coordinator is an integral member of the IT Department, responsible for tracking progress on key initiatives, resolving impediments, and assisting teams with successful deliverables.How you'll make an impact

• Scheduling and facilitating department, stakeholder and vendor meetings
• Progress monitoring and reporting
• Creating and tracking project checklists and timelines
• Preparing documentation and presentations, to include stakeholder updates
• Contract and invoice trackingAbout You
• Bachelor's degree and 1 year related experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role
• Familiarity with project management life cycle
• Experience with MS Office, Teams, and Monday.com or similar PM tool
• Organized and efficient time manager
