Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regulatory Counsel for the EU/UK
region.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on regulatory matters related to business lending and
merchant cash advances
Summarise and analyse the impact of new rules and regulations
Serve as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) overseeing
suspicious financial activities
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a regulatory and/or legal function in the
fintech industry
Experience with European payments, lending, and banking issues
England & Wales qualified or equivalent legal qualification
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as needed
High level of personal integrity and professionalism
