The firm represents Brand Pharmaceutical Companies in Hatch-Waxman Litigations.
Very active with representing petitioners at the PTAB, and complainants and respondents at the ITC.

REQUIREMENTS

• 
  
• Law firm experience and a technical degree are preferred.
  
• Aptitude for working on cases relating to biology, chemistry, physical sciences, engineering, or related fields.
  
• Outstanding academic credentials.
  
• Patent litigation experience.
  
• Superior written and oral communications skills.
  
• Candidates must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are hired.
