Job Description:
A company is looking for a senior corporate attorney to provide
legal counsel in compliance matters affecting customers.
Key Responsibilities
Advise business clients on compliance matters and resolve issues
favorably for customers
Provide legal guidance on complaint handling, state reporting, and
customer inquiries
Support customer remediation efforts and collaborate with the
Customer Relationship Management organization
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) with a minimum of five
years of post-degree legal practice experience
Active license to practice law in at least one state
Insurance industry knowledge and experience with relevant laws and
regulations
Prior management experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing
priorities
