General Manager Job DescriptionJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our fine dining restaurant in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully opening and operating high-end restaurants, with a strong focus on customer service, team management, and financial performance.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operational aspects of the restaurant, including planning, organizing, training, and financials.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability, including menu engineering, pricing, and marketing initiatives.
• Lead a team of hospitality professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional customer service and a positive work environment.
• Manage labor costs, inventory, and supplies to maintain profitability and efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation, ensuring compliance with company policies, federal, state, and local regulations.
• Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a fine dining restaurant.
  • Proven track record of success in opening and operating high-end restaurants.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial performance.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.
