Job SummaryAs a Line Service Shift Supervisor with Signature Flight Support Corporation, you will be responsible for leading and directing the activities of Line Service Technicians in providing exceptional services to general aviation aircraft, crew, and passengers.Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Direction: Delegate and assign duties to qualified personnel, monitor progress, and assess results.
• Aircraft Handling: Greet, park, tow, move, and marshal aircraft arriving or departing the ramp area.
• Customer Service: Provide lavatory and water service as requested, fuel/de-ice aircraft as needed, and offer shuttle service for passengers/crew.
• Support Functions: Assist with customer service duties, provide oil and oxygen service, and help with baggage/cargo as needed.
• Facility Maintenance: Assist with general cleaning and clearing of debris from the ramp, building, and customer areas.
• Training and Development: Assist the Supervisor with training new employees and perform other duties as assigned.Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Age: Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Driver's License: A valid state driver's license; in some locations, a commercial driver's license (CDL) may be required
  • Background Checks: Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and receive/maintain an airport security badge
  • Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Math Skills: Ability to perform simple arithmetic and basic math operations
  • Scheduling: Ability to work flexible schedules, including night, holiday, and weekend shifts
  • Experience: Prior general aviation experience preferredWorking Conditions
    • Physical Demands: Regularly stand and walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
    • Language: Read, write, and fluently speak and understand the English language
    • Driving: Drive vehicles in areas congested with aircraft, moving, and stationary vehicles and equipment
    • Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, clients, management, and other employees
    • Uniform and Insignia: Wear uniform and insignia as prescribed by the Company
    • Attendance: Report to work in a regular and timely basis
