Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Clinical Care for a Federal
Customer Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor call center agents to achieve performance
goals
Monitor team performance and implement corrective actions as
necessary
Assist in developing strategic goals and training needs for
staff
Required Qualifications and Education
10+ years total experience post bachelor's degree
5+ years post master's degree experience in behavioral health
2+ years supervisory experience in behavioral health
disciplines
Current licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LPC
Master's degree in Behavioral Health is required
