The University of San Diego (USD) seeks a Provost & Vice President for Academic Affairs who is an innovative, visionary, collaborative, and student-centered leader. Working in close partnership with President James T. Key qualifications include: bringing a proven, long-term track record of success in academic administration at tuition-driven, comprehensive institutions with undergraduate and graduate offerings; the ability to articulate the commitment to shared governance and demonstrated collaboration with faculty; knowledge of the principles of sound fiscal management and experience developing and managing significant budgets to achieve the institution's strategic priorities; and an earned doctorate and eligibility for appointment at the rank of full professor.Nominations and ApplicationsThe Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs Search Committee will begin the review of applications immediately and continue work until an appointment is made.
