A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Innovation and Design
Research.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic innovation process, focusing on growth and
digital transformation
Guide user-centered research initiatives to gather insights for
product and service development
Oversee innovation project execution using design thinking and
agile methodologies
Required Qualifications:
8-10 years of experience in innovation, product development, or
design research
3-5 years in a leadership position
Experience in user-centered research within information management
or related industries
Familiarity with innovation frameworks and user research
methodologies
Experience in mentoring design research skills
