Job Description:

A company is looking for a Turf Director to support voter contact and registration campaigns through effective voter targeting and turf cutting.
Key Responsibilities

Identify target precincts and subsets of voters in collaboration with project and office directors
Train and motivate staff while fostering a culture of equity and justice
Audit campaign data regularly to ensure integrity and develop strategic plans for voter outreach

Required Qualifications

Strong management skills with the ability to inspire and hold staff accountable
Advanced tech competency
Commitment to equity and inclusion
Experience in electoral, community, or issue-based campaigns is preferred
Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances
