A global consumer-brands company that has grown over 3,000% in the last 2 years seeks a Market Manager to do the following covering the Los Anageles to Santa Barbara area:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Work with Marketing to implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital print, and social media.
• Meets or exceeds assigned sales goals.
• Develops critical success factors for new customer acquisition; responsible for negotiating and closing business to ensure targets are achieved.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Develops and maintains a network in the community to enhance product visibility and to build a strong referral source for new potential business.
• Actively pursues business through outside sales calls and networking activities.
• Responsible for identifying new business opportunities to improve the company's profitability.
• Manages client relationships to maximize retention and grow the business according to the company's goals and objectives.
  
  Requirements
  
  Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, management, or a similar field preferred.
  3+ years of management or related experience.
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems, and project management tools.
  
  Experience working in the spirits industry.
