Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Enterprise Change & Problem
Management (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee global Change Management strategy and
execution
Develop frameworks for Problem Management and facilitate
cross-functional problem-solving efforts
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and establish governance
for Change and Problem Management processes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 15 years of experience in
Change or Problem Management roles
At least 5 years of experience in a global leadership capacity
ITIL Certification with extensive knowledge in Change and Problem
Management practices
Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
Experience in leading large-scale, multi-regional change
initiatives
