Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team of Mid-Market Account
Executives
Manage the end-to-end renewal process and drive upsell
opportunities
Optimize team performance and align efforts with strategic
priorities
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing mid-market or enterprise sales
teams
Proven track record of driving team performance and achieving
revenue goals
Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and Command of
the Message
Ability to navigate complexity and adapt to shifting market
conditions
Data-driven decision-making skills with proficiency in CRM
systems
