Job Description:
A company is looking for a Growth Initiatives Manager (AVP/VP
level) to lead and drive revenue growth initiatives across the
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and assess potential growth initiatives and
partnerships
Lead cross-functional teams to implement growth initiatives
Track project performance and provide updates to senior
leadership
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in commercial P&C or Excess Liability
insurance
5+ years of experience leading revenue growth initiatives
(Strategy, Corporate Development, M&A, and GTM)
Managing General Agent (MGA) knowledge and experience preferred
Prior experience leading teams
