Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director/Sr. Director of Growth
Strategy & Demand Gen.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead demand strategy and execution, building a team to launch
sales-aligned campaigns
Drive digital lead generation activities across various
channels
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance lead nurturing and
support for events
Required Qualifications:
10-15 years of experience in demand generation, with at least 5
years in leadership roles
Experience in startups within the data & analytics space,
preferably with open source commercialization
Proven track record of owning pipeline targets and marketing
contributions
Experience with integrated cross-channel campaigns and managing
paid/organic strategies
Familiarity with intent platforms like 6Sense for growth
strategies
