Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Data Logistics and
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation and maintenance of secure data pipelines and
related documentation
Oversee data architecture and integration strategies to ensure data
integrity and security
Develop and maintain data governance policies and collaborate with
cross-functional teams to optimize data flow
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in data management, information technology,
computer science, data science, or a related field
10+ years of experience in healthcare data operations and
management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
3+ years of experience in pharmacy or pharmacy benefit management
(PBM) preferred
Strong knowledge of ETL processes and database technologies (SQL,
NoSQL)
Experience with cloud-based and on-prem data storage technologies
including AWS and Azure
