Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of People Technology to
manage technology supporting the employee life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee technology portfolio for the people team throughout the
employee life cycle
Own the strategic roadmap for people systems and drive technology
design initiatives
Manage a team responsible for existing services and the development
of new solutions
Required Qualifications
8+ years of technical architecture experience with HR technology
systems
5+ years of experience managing technical teams
Experience managing a global organization and working with business
partners
Proven ability to drive complex operational initiatives
Workday experience preferred
