Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Engineering Team Lead
(Associate).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and mentor a team of 2-4 data engineers
Collaborate with Data Leadership and stakeholders to define and
deliver data solutions
Contribute to developing engineering solutions through direct work
or technical guidance
Required Qualifications
Solid experience with SQL, ETL tools (e.g., Airflow, Argo), and
data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake)
Strong experience as an engineer or developer within data teams
Understanding of engineering development principles and best
practices
Ability to work independently and self-guided, comfortable with
ambiguity
Experience working remotely is a plus
